Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping can be considered on special request to our mail or whatsapp.
- Delivery estimates will be provided to you during checkout based on your location and the shipping option chosen.
International Shipping:
- Currently, we only ship to addresses within India.
- For international orders, additional customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Contact through email or WhatsApp for international orders.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- You can track your package using the provided tracking number(s) through our website or the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- We are not liable for any lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. Proof of shipment will be provided in case of non-receipt claim from buyer.
- Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim in such cases.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
Holiday Shipping:
- During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes.
